(More customer reviews)I purchased this mouse about 3 months ago and use it at work every day for at least 8 hours a day (still on my first batteries). It works every time with absolutely no problems. I've used it on 2 Dell laptops and 1 HP laptop. It does stop communicating with the computer after it goes idle after a few minutes but just click it once and it wakes up and is ready for use again. I'm getting ready to buy another one for my wife.
